At each IMM a Presidents' Meeting is held. The meeting is attended by representatives of all the Mini clubs present at the IMM.
The President's Meeting is chaired by the President of the host club and usually begins with some information about the current IMM, such as visitor numbers, etc.
Then clubs wishing to make a bid to host an IMM are given an opportunity to make their presentations. Once all bidding clubs have made their presentations and all questions have been answered, the Presidents vote and the successful bid is announced.
It is then customary for the following IMM's host club to give an update on their plans for the following years event.
At the Presidents' Meeting the club presidents can also make amendments to the IMM rules if required and discuss any other issues as necessary.

Every IMM is held according to a set of agreed regulations. These regulations can be amended by the presidents of the attending clubs each year as deemed necessary. The latest changes were agreed in 2008 and a copy of the lastest IMM regulations can be found here.

Minutes are taken at Presidents' Meeting each year. This is the responsibility of the host club.
